What I liked

Dcode is an awesome place to work. The company culture is outstanding and supports you in any way that they can, letting you work across teams and work in an external client-facing role that helps you cultivate amazing skills. On the government team, I learned multitudes about federal acquisitions, product delivery, and business development.

What I wish was different

Due to COVID-19, this internship was completely virtual, however the team did a great job making it feel as social and normal as possible despite the lack of an in-office presence.

Advice

Be your own advocate! If you're interested in something or want to participate in a project, just reach out, nine times out of ten they not only want your help but need the hands.
