Co-oping for Delta was one of the best experience's I had during my time at UC. I enjoyed the dynamic work I was given as I was treated as a full-time employee. My colleagues were engaging and helpful and the culture was extremely welcoming. The flight benefits were a nice perk as well :)
What I wish was different
The housing and HR process.
Advice
You will get out of this co-op what you put into it.

Ramp Agent
April - September 2019 • Romulus, MI
What I liked
I liked that I was able to have a lot of downtime in between flights to do homework for my two summer classes.
What I wish was different
I wish they would have been more organized in assigning pucks (flights) to workers because at times it got very hectic where we’d push a flight out and 2 minutes later have another on the ground with no real break.
Advice
I would say it is an amazing opportunity because while working at Delta Airlines you receive flight benefits to travel anywhere domestic for free and international trips you only have to pay the taxes for the flight.
