What I liked

Independence, lots of learning opportunities, freedom to create my own assignments, treated like staff.

What I wish was different

I wish there had been more direct training, communication and shadowing opportunities, though I know the pandemic was a factor.

Advice

Be your own self-motivator and don’t be afraid to pitch things! You get out of it what you put in.
