What I liked

I really enjoyed the experience of working at a fin-tech focusing on growth, as there were always new developments towards which I could direct my attention. It was great to gain my first real professional experience, and the project-based work made each day different and interesting.

What I wish was different

I wish that I had more interns to work with during the summer, as it was sometimes difficult to collaborate with full-time professionals whose day-to-day activities made them too busy to help in the way I sometimes needed.

Advice

It's always best to have a proactive attitude in the work place, and actively seek ways to make an impact beyond your assigned responsibilities.
