Disruptive has a very unique culture that I really liked. They hire almost exclusively millennials (aged 20-30) so it was a fun atmosphere and I made a lot of friends. I had the opportunity to be involved on lots of accounts and overtime feel like I could contribute more. The work wasn't "that" hard so I'm grateful that I was able to develop some industry skills in the short time I was there.
What I wish was different
The training was slow and tedious. Once I had learned the programs and processes I came up with a few different ways of training interns. My training wasn't organized as well as I would've liked and it took me awhile before I felt like I could contribute to the team in a meaningful way.
Advice
Learn the software and platforms as soon as possible. Get the hands on experience necessary to become comfortable with them. And always be on time, work hard, don't mess around and be a team player.
