About Diversity Policy

DiversityPolicy.com is a content aggregator and search query (a search engine), which is powered by automation systems and machine learning processes. We offer "information that impacts" with an initial focus on human resource documents in higher education and publicly traded companies.

Features in development include research content curation, automated data visual through user dashboarding, a job board for the user community, conference features, consulting offerings (change management), marketplace white papers, and user annotations on policy. This is an early iteration of what will eventually become a multifaceted automation software system aimed at curating content enterprise and public sector partners.

Along with annotations and peer reviews of diversity policy, the site will provide an easily navigable and perpetually growing citable guide to advance equal opportunity, inclusiveness, and safety in organizations. This utility and cache of information will create opportunities for developing content analyses, frequency analyses, and statistical analyses that better inform our users of trends, developments, discrepancies, policy gaps, and opportunities to advance critical policy.

Ultimately, Diversity Policy will serve as a community for advancing policy knowledge, insights, and resources that address organizational equity. Future endeavors will extend to impact-based “communities of practice” (e.g., emergency management workers, firefighters, and non-profit organizations).

DiversityPolicy.com is a privately held company with a headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas and a [soon-to-be] satellite office in Seattle, Washington. Diversity Policy was founded in 2017 by Dr. Brandon Chicotsky, Assistant Professor of Professional Practice in Marketing at Texas Christian University's Neeley School of Business. Dr. Chicotsky's previous faculty appointments include New York University and Johns Hopkins University.

Diversity Policy is NOT a third-party recruiter, nor do we place students in sales roles involving any monetary transactions on behalf of the company. All jobs and internships available to students aim to advance their portfolio, education, and professional pedigree in an effort to prepare them for early professionalism. All internships are paid and provide a stipend.

“I liked the openness and how I was able to set my own schedule when it came to working. I figured out what worked for me and by the time I got to the halfway point, I had a pretty solid idea of how to get things done.”
