What I liked
I enjoy the people that I work with, they are mostly graduate students and post-doc employees. It is great to hear their experiences with research and university careers. I also enjoyed being around lab equipment to get familiar with to have the experience for a future job and career in research and testing.
What I wish was different
My course work-load. I wish I had more time to be involved with the lab and receive more hours.
Advice
Busy assistant lab work is not only helping the lab to keep maintained, but can bring you great connections and experience that you might not be able to receive anywhere else.
