What I liked

I enjoy working here because I love the people I work with and the independence while working. I was trained on a machine and was trusted to produce a quality product on my own. The independence was nice and the ability to work on my own was appreciated as well. Furthermore, I was trusted to train new employees on the machine I ran and those employees are now working on that machine even after I left to go back to college.

What I wish was different

I wish there was better communication among office people and management. I needed a day off and it was disorganized and crazy when trying to make sure it was alright for me to miss a day of work.

Advice

It's important to work hard and try your best. When you don't know how to do something it is paramount to ask questions--a company is expecting you to maintain a perfect standard of product and if you're unable to do that because of confusion it is imperative to get that cleared up so the company can continue to trust you with their product.
