I really liked my team and I gained the exact type of experience I was looking for. It’s a small company so I got to make quite an impact.

What I wish was different

I had to do it remotely because of COVID, and I wish it had been in person.

Advice

Small companies are nice because it’s easy to learn everyone’s names and they give you a lot of responsibility.
