What I liked
When I arrived as an intern, analytics at the company was still a fairly new concept and nothing was well established. I liked the freedom to start fresh and develop analytics from the ground up with a few other members of the company. I feel it was a unique experience not jumping straight into a rigid structure, but to be able to help initiate new processes and provide suggestions on how to develop analytics moving forward.
