Advice
One of the greatest things that can be gleaned from this kind of work is not the money gained or the work experienced, but the lessons learned. My CNA job humbled me and showed me the importance of serving. Through interactions with my residents, I have learned to value everyone no matter what they can give to me or society and to cherish each day because life does not last forever. My advice to someone wanting to pursue this field of work is that its value lies in the service not the salary.
