What I wish was different
The only problem was that it was unpaid, and I had to spend the majority of my weekends working in order to have some money, leaving me with minimal free time. However, they are a small agency, so I understand the reason for making the program unpaid. I also feel that the experience and knowledge I gained was more valuable to my future than a paid program at another company designed to groom you to work there.
