What I liked

I liked the hours and the people. The quiet atmosphere would help me focus, but once a conversation strikes up it made my day a lot more interesting. I worked with my mom and got to see her right before I went to college. I also liked that they were flexible with overtime. The working atmosphere was very friendly, and I never felt intimidated to afraid to go to work.

What I wish was different

I wish there were more opportunities to work overtime compared to just make-up work. I also wish they communicated with their other departments more accurately.

Advice

If you work in Cytopro, please bring noise-canceling headphones. The punch is really loud, especially on dual cytopro. It's nice to have music running in the background and to have the noise out of your head. Make sure you are also equipped with earplugs.
