What I liked
Given real, meaningful projects to work on + a project fair at the end of the internship to present your summer's work. Lots of opportunities to network with executives and people from other teams. Weekly sessions for the interns geared towards personal and professional development, in addition to various social events (going to Nationals baseball game in DC, TopGolf in the last week of the internship, various happy hours, etc). Super flexible work/life balance, my manager even allowed me to work from home on Fridays. Lots of free food. The directors of the program really put in a lot of time and effort to make the internship program enjoyable and meaningful for all of the interns.
