I liked helping customers enjoy Cape Cod with the traditional go out to get ice cream! I was able to help customers get the best experience in going to get ice cream.
What I wish was different
I wish that customers were more understanding about COVID protocols and our shop's specific protocols. Trying to please every customer was a challenge.
Advice
One piece of advice that I would share would be to try and stay positive about serving the community. It can be hard, but most of the people really appreciate your help and positivity.
