I liked being a member of the Advice for Incoming Students team. The idea of having some structure and tips before you start your journey at an American University sounds very comforting. It can be intimidating to start a new life, in a new country and I was glad to help incoming international freshmen with that.
What I wish was different
It would be great if it were an in-person internship, rather than a virtual one. But nonetheless, I am glad to have gotten the opportunity!
Advice
Have an open mind, even some unexpected opportunities can teach you a lot and give you experience that goes a long way!
