I loved being able to work with kids age 12-18 and being able to help them with an enjoyable and educational summer camp experience. I loved my coworkers as well as they provided a friendly, welcoming environment.
What I wish was different
A more organized activity schedule would have improved our ability to perform our job,

Have a lot of patience when working with the younger children on their projects or activities.
