They really threw me into the job. I got to do a little bit of everything that goes on in the division I was working with. It really helped me get a feel for the job.
What I wish was different
Nothing, I loved it.
Advice
Don't be intimidated by anything. Ask questions, engage yourself, everyone knows you are new and might be confused and they'll help you along.
