Having more staff to assist with bathroom breaks and assistance in the classroom. I also wish that the administration was more supportive.
Advice
You are in this job because you love children and want to help them grow and succeed. Do not do it for the pay. Its all about internal satisfaction.

What I liked
The other workers were very helpful in getting me acclimated to the new environment in a field I did not have much prior experience in.
What I wish was different
I wish that we had been given a few more tools to help with discipline, but overall everything went smoothly.
Advice
Establish the rules you have with the children from the beginning, do not wait until a couple weeks in to let them know what your expectations are because they will not be as responsive.
