I really enjoyed the autonomy I had in this position. I was treated like almost any other employee but still provide assistance when needed. It was a very informal workplace environment and causal attire was the normal. I also really enjoyed that it was paid.
What I wish was different
I wish that there was a little bit of a higher level of professionalism, but they have been getting better at that with their new HR.
Advice
I would recommend talking to everyone that works there because everyone has very interesting back stories and ways that they got to Encompass. I would also recommend talking to the company's CEOs because they both have amazing connections.
