Become teachable. This is a skill that people need to have! I went in on day one not knowing the first thing about the industry. By the end of my experience, I was out in the field, working alongside contractors, building managers and supervisors. I got to this place because I was able to learn what I needed to from my co workers to become successful in what I was tasked to do.
