Engage Globally supports community led education projects in developing nations. Through our fundraising, capacity building, and educational efforts, we seek to engage diverse people in creatively addressing global challenges.
Engage identifies community leaders who have developed creative local education projects, but who need additional support to expand and sustain their efforts. By working with experienced local leaders and residents who have chosen to improve their communities, Engage is able to maximize the impact of small donations and technical assistance. We also believe strongly that local leaders are best equipped to engage their communities, to help their communities identify and articulate priorities, and to create sustainable commitment to a project.
However, we recognize that in deeply impoverished regions, acquiring the financial support necessary to implement these projects is incredibly challenging. As a result, Engage serves as a resource to provide this much needed support.
