I am getting to work with enterprise level software that is being activly developed to shift the entire company's legacy software functionality out to the cloud.
What I wish was different
A cleaner onboarding system in place to help ease into my role. To be fair, there was a big shift in management right as I started and I was reassigned to a new manager who didn't get all of my paperwork or information before my first day.
Advice
Large companies move slow. The hiring process took about 6 months from initial meeting at a career fair to the offer.
