What I wish was different
Wish the company respected its employees and paid them fairly, wish that enkompas had competent middle and upper management that wasn't obsessed with KPIs and worthless busywork to the detriment of productivity and morale.
Advice
Probably don't go to work at a MSP. Especially this one.
