What I liked
Amount of responsibility that was given to me. I conducted hand hygiene compliance throughout the main hospital and updated internal compliance workbooks which audited hospital quality measures among many other jobs.
What I wish was different
My supervisor would have assigned me more tasks and assignments to complete. Sometimes I would not have work to do which would make the time go by slowly.
Advice
Don’t be afraid to ask questions and confirm instructions for an assignment.

What I liked
Enloe Medical Center truly embodies patient-centered care in every way. Whether it be their strong network of volunteers or their medical professionals' involvement in community health awareness, Enloe not only treats medical problems but takes care of its patients as a whole.
What I wish was different
I am glad to be a volunteer at Enloe and find it to be very fulfilling.
Advice
Whether you are still in high school or have retired, everyone has a quality that can contribute to Enloe's Volunteer force. I encourage people from all walks of life to volunteer at Enloe.
