What I liked

I was able to use some skills that I learned from school applied in some real-world applications that would reach more people than I would have done if I were working by myself on my own project. I also enjoyed learning new and challenging skills on the job that proved to make a better impact on the world around me.

What I wish was different

I wish that my internship had lasted longer so I could have better developed the new skills that I learned and demonstrated more growth in the work I was doing.

Advice

If there is something that you are afraid of doing whether it is fear of not being competent enough or not knowing enough about the subject matter, you should still take that opportunity for it can open your eyes to some new paths that you would have possibly never considered. You don't know until you try it out for yourself.
