What I wish was different
Although I really enjoyed the internship and appreciated what I learned from it, I wish that there was more communication on how the internship was run in the beginning. When I first began the internship, I was under the impression that there were multiple social media interns per account and that we would be collaborating on content for the social media accounts. In my time with ENSPIRE, I was the only social media intern for one of their social media accounts, leaving me almost as the social media manager. I learned a lot from being the only social media intern for an account and would recommend it to others, but it's something to be aware of when starting the internship.
