I liked meeting the customers and staff and being able to float to different branches to see how each branch ran. It was great being able to learn different transactions in the banking world.
What I wish was different
Nothing I think this program was great and very well rounded. Enterprise bank allowed me to meet with different departments and ask questions about what they do to better help me deicide what my future career might be.
Advice
You should be open minded when going into a new work environment and ask a lot of questions so you can get the best out of your experience.
