The opportunity to expand beyond the role. I was given responsibilities to facilitate and assist large workshops for over 100 students, and successfully registered more than half to interviews with our partners.
What I wish was different
I would've enjoyed a rotational program, despite being able to collaborate with other departments.

Personal networking is so much more important than you think. I was able to access this internship because I was once a student at the organization.
