What I liked
Entrata strives to incorporate its core values into every decision they make. In particular I worked in the call center aspect of Entrata, and each change in policy was designed to promote a better experience for hourly workers and a better product for our clients.

The other employees and managers are very empathetic and try to make it a family feeling environment.

I wish we weren't required to work at least 6 hours on a Saturday or Sunday.
Advice
Entrata is a great place to work with good pay. If you want to do well here, you just need to have a thicker skin but also be empathetic. They will train (and pay you during that training) you to do the rest.
