I loved the culture, flexibility and family-like atmosphere I got to work in. It is not your typical workplace by a long shot. Very laid back and flexible.
What I wish was different
Structure, I didn't have much of a mentor throughout the entire process and had to constantly seek approval for various things in which the supervisor would take a week to review a singular project.
Advice
Just work hard and take advantage of the learning experience.
