Our Controls Engineers work with manufacturers in many industries to program the software that runs their machinery, and “integrate” the different hardware and systems within their manufacturing plants. We also have a team that transforms data into meaningful information for our customers by pulling data from the manufacturing floor and creating reports, dashboards and paper to glass transformations. We build the brains behind manufacturing.
Some of the industries we work in are food & beverage, automotive, specialty chemicals, and paper & pulp, but there are also many others.
Most engineers like working here because of the opportunities working with our diversified customer base as opposed to working in the same facility all the time. You will experience a lot of variety in your work and the projects you are assigned to.
Our engineers work in the office 70 - 75% of the time and have the opportunity to travel to the customer sites for startup and commissioning and see the results of their work.
Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering and other related majors with a GPA of 3.0 or higher that are eligible to work in the US without future sponsorship are considered for co-op roles. Entry-level candidates must meet the same requirements as well as 6 months co-op or other related experience.
