What I liked

A lot of my job ended up including the translation of policies, they are very flexible with working at home, friendly people, they gave me my own office, was able to meet a number of politicians in Mexico City and learned a lot regarding public policies and gender perspectives

What I wish was different

In the beginning, they were not sure what to give me to do. I wish we had a more clear schedule since the beginning

Advice

Familiarize yourself with the work the organization is doing since it varies a lot within years. When I went they were working with the secretary office of environment regarding mitigation and adaptation policies and I needed to do a lot of research which took some time
