I love how they made us do stuff ourselves that affected the company as a whole . That mean they trusted us to be hands-on and experience what its like to actually work in the field. Everyone was friendly and treated us with respect as if we were a part of the team but knew where the border was.
What I wish was different
I wish I got to spend more time working there, it was very different from the summer jobs I'm used to and it was definitely an eye opener .
Advice
I would share how it is working with older people and what I learned in the industry such as event planning and presentations at a round table ,taking the minutes and just how to get things done in an orderly fashion.
