Really small firm, where everyone was willing to chat. Was given a lot of freedom, didn’t feel like I was being micromanaged.

Wish I had started sitting in on sales calls earlier.
Advice
Really evaluate if you want to work for a large institution for your first internship. I really valued being able to get into the finance world in a low pressure way.
