I worked between multiple branches (including Grinnell, Hoxie, and Hays, Kansas). I enjoyed getting to know the staff at each location and the opportunity to travel.

I would say that any professional job requires constant learning. Even after on the job training, there is still so many ways to expand your knowledge!

What I liked
I enjoyed the people that I worked with in my department. They made coming to work everyday something I would look forward to.
What I wish was different
I wish it would have been a lot busier. There was not many loans coming in to the department which caused it to be very slow at times.
Advice
It is a great way to learn how businesses work. I think this is a great position for all business students to have even if its for a couple months. I realized that this is not what I want to do with my life but am very glad I had this experience because I learned a lot!
