The program was structured in a way where we had the opportunity to network with many individuals. I was further exposed to a lot of data analytics software as well as training programs and projects to put it in application. And even had the chance to do some client service work and completed some work papers.
What I wish was different
I wish the internship was in person.
Advice
As a student, it is very important for you to network. People are welcoming and available to you as long as you know their first and last name. Additionally, you have to come with an open mind and let your personality shine throughout your interaction with professional.

What I liked
I enjoyed working on an actual client team and networking with interns from across the country.
What I wish was different
I wish the experience could have been longer but due to COVID I was very fortunate to be able to still have an internship experience and work on a client team.
Advice
I advise students to go above and beyond. Volunteer for tasks if applicable and never do the minimum. Firms are looking for students who are overachievers and fast learners. In order to learn, you must put yourself out there even if it means you have no idea what you are doing.
