I wish I would’ve been able to let myself into the shop without knocking every time.

What I liked
ES3 is an amazing family oriented company. They started the internship program simply to help students. They offer internships to high schoolers as well to help them know what they want to do in college.
What I wish was different
I loved the internship here and would t have changed anything.
Advice
It is important to remember that it is not always the person that finishes something first that is the best option. It is the one that does the best job.

Very good work environment and great coworkers. If I needed help with a project they were willing to sit down and help explain things.

A little more variety in what we were doing, and ability to work more hours.
