What I liked
This was my first construction job and was an active job moving around outside rather than in a cubical at a desk.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been given a list of tasks to complete for the day and than have complete control over the site while the superintendent ensures I meet all of the tasks needed to be preformed that day.
Advice
Even though you might be new to something and not know anything, that does not mean your not capable of doing anything. Learn by involving yourself in the tasks of your job, learn by doing, grow by your mistakes.
