Don't be afraid to ask questions! Everyone is so willing to help, and it's better to ask questions than to do something wrong, and then you have to start all over again.

The people were amazing to work with, and helping kids learn and grow made my summer job so enjoyable.
What I wish was different
I wish I could've gotten more hours, but my schedule made that difficult.
Advice
It can be difficult to get the hang on things, but once you get into a routine with the kids and the other teachers, the job is such a breeze!

What I liked
Every Child's Place is an inclusive and welcoming place where every individual is treated with everlasting respect and kindness. I have been able to secure my passion for working with the Special Education population through the endless support and experience that I have experienced.

Advice
While working at Every Child's Place, I have learned that having an open mind, positive mindset, as well flexibility while working with the students and staff, have helped me to have an enjoyable and educational experience.
