The opportunity to work under Project Managers that showed me what is to be expected in my career path and have to perform above my level of experience.
What I wish was different
I wish I had stayed and not come back to college, at least not yet.
Advice
On the job training is the best knowledge one can achieve. Get the most of it you can, even if it means prolonging graduation by taking time off to work.
