The Executive Office for Administration and Finance (A&F) plans and executes policies to ensure the financial stability, efficiency, and effectiveness of state government. A&F assists the Governor in developing and implementing public policy initiatives to benefit the residents of the Commonwealth, manages the state’s operating and capital budgets, and leads the effort to prepare the Governor’s budget recommendations.
