I loved the ability to create my business how I see fit. While going to school full time I needed a career with flexibility and eXp Realty provided me that opportunity. The great thing about being a real estate agent is that you gain experience on what it is like running an entire business. Mostly every class I have taken while at OU has related to some aspect of being an agent. From marketing to calculus & statistics this career path has helped me succeed here at OU.
What I wish was different
I can't say I'd want to change anything. To most, the instability of a commission based career would be a deterrence but to me it has given me a work ethic that no other job has given me.
