What I liked

I loved the inclusivity and passion of the company. Every member of the Exporta team was a team player, and brought to the table high energy, their passion for the mission, and their full selves everyday. I learned so much from each person, and the team members brought culture all over the world (some were based in South America and United Arab Emirates), which was fascinating.

What I wish was different

Although a start-up is a fast-paced environment by nature, I think sometimes it went too fast. In other words, I know there's always pressure to continue to work and work, but it also could've been extremely useful to slow down at points to pay closer attention to detail and think more critically through designs.

Advice

If you enjoy a very fast-paced, hard-working, and passionate environment, I would totally work at Exporta! It's an extremely inclusive and inspiring environment full of intelligent experts.
