I like the environment that I have been put in. I have worked at 3 different Express stores and I have make networking and connections throughout my time with express. I have made friends and a strong role with the company. I want to move up with the company currently, and my DM and my SM from all stores want me to continue moving up as well.
What I wish was different
I wish that I could have continued to moved up, but school has held me back from moving up to a Co-Manager position until I graduate.
Advice
Push to better yourself. Don't think of it as a part time job that you hold during school. Become a leader, a manager and continue your journey.
