Lots of experience gained. Learned a lot about how to run a business, as well as how not to run a business.
What I wish was different
Some co-workers create a toxic environment. Would be helpful if upper management would address this.
Advice
Don't discount the value of doing the little things. Even if you are at a job that has nothing to do with where you want to end up, look around for things to be learned. You can draw education and experience from anything to make it worthwhile.
