The things I liked about working for Express were the flexibility, varying work, and the friendliness of the staff at the office.
What I wish was different
No guarantee of work. Workers are treated as a commodity to be sold to employers. While Express states that you can accept job offers if you don't like them, they tend to not listen to your preferences and will offer you work of any kind they can find. An example of this is how I asked them to not offer me factoy/assembly line labor which they immediately went ahead and did. I felt used by Express and won't be working with them in the future.
Advice
If you've read what I went through and you're still thinking about working for them, just know that there are better, more consistent forms of employment out there and they're more worth your time than working for Express.
