Good experience to help educate and create a welcoming environment for children and a place where kids could go over the summer where they could interact with friends and do activities.

More organization. Better pay.
Advice
If you are not a person who likes to work with children for long periods of time or in general this is not for you. This job can be trying and lot's of patience is required.

What I liked
I really enjoy working with the children, and being like an advisor to them. I think that I can help shape the next generation and help kids who are struggling with personal problems and homework.
