The culture, the work experience, and the opportunities were amazing. I was able to learn, grow, connect, and be exposed to work that interns would do as a full-time employee.
What I wish was different
Wish we could have done it in person. Can’t complain because I was fortunate enough to still have an internship due to COVID-19.
Advice
Always ask questions and be confident in yourself and skillset.

What I liked
The Federal Reserve focused a lot on personal development, and I had great management. I had a mix of independent projects and ones where I was working with others. I loved the atmosphere and people, and the openness of the employees.
What I wish was different
I wish that there had been more communication between the hire date and the start date.
Advice
I would say that you should take advantage of all of the resources the Fed has to offer. They have many employees who have been there for a long time, and they are a great resource! They offer a lot of freedom with this position, so if you are interested in more work, always ask!
