It was super hands on since it was a boutique firm. I learned a lot about PR by sitting through staff meetings and searching for coverage.

What I liked
I enjoyed having the opportunity to apply what I learned in the classroom and also hands-on learn even more about the PR industry. I had assignments such as drafting press releases for some well-known shows such as AMC's The Walking Dead and was even able to help set up and attend events for other television networks!
